Leave the keys in the room at check-out.

When you enter the door of Nordhus, you will meet the cultural house's ground floor. We do not have a reception in the traditional sense, but here you can approach one of the staff members who will ensure that you check in and get settled comfortably.

At check-in, you will receive a key card that gives you access to the entrance and your room.

We use Salto electronic locking systems to ensure both your comfort and your safety during your stay.

Important:

Remember to lock the door manually when you leave the room. Although the locking system is secure and efficient, the door does not lock automatically – you must actively lock it by holding your card to the locking module on the door and manually turning the lock before you go. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

As a starting point, it is not possible to store luggage in Nordhus. Please inquire at the reception during our opening hours to see if it is possible. We refer you to use luggage storage at Copenhagen Central Station.
