Room information + fire alarm
Nordhus offers various types of apartments that are designed to provide guests with a comfortable and stylish stay.
Nordhus focuses on creating a homely atmosphere where comfort, quality, and sustainability are the main priorities, ensuring that guests can relax and feel at ease during their stay.
Fire:
• Start the extractor fan at step 2 before you begin cooking.
• Keep the extractor fan on throughout the cooking process.
• Feel free to open a window or the balcony door to ensure good ventilation.
• Please be aware that the fire alarm is very sensitive and may react to even small amounts of smoke or steam.
If the fire alarm is activated:
• The fire department will be automatically alerted.
• An unnecessary response incurs a fee.
IN CASE OF FIRE
• If the fire alarm is activated, everyone must immediately leave the building.
• Use one of the two stairwells.
• Elevators may not be used.
• The assembly point is at Århusgade in front of the entrance passage to Nordhus.
• The fire department will be automatically alerted.
• The building may only be re-entered when the fire department gives permission.
Wi-Fi:
Free and available throughout Nordhus and private wifi in the apartment.

Key:
We use Salto electronic locking systems to ensure both your comfort and safety during your stay. You will receive a Salto key fob, which allows you easy access to your room.
Important:
Remember to lock the door manually when you leave the room. Although the locking system is secure and effective, the door does not lock automatically – you must actively lock it by holding your fob to the lock module on the door and turning the lock manually before you leave. This ensures that your room is properly locked when you are out. This ensures that your room is properly locked when you are out.

Sofa bed:
To unfold the sofa bed, pull the backrest towards yourself.
Duvets and pillows are ready in the closet.
Kitchen:
Combination oven (both microwave and regular), stove, refrigerator, kettle, dining table, dining area, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, tea and coffee facilities.
Instructions for the stovetop:
Bathroom:
Shower, toilet, hairdryer, free toiletries (soap, shampoo), towels. If you need extra towels, please contact the reception.
Cleaning:
There is cleaning for stays over 7 days.
Waste room:
If you need to empty your trash can during your stay, you are welcome to use the waste room on the ground floor. It is located at the same end of the building as the elevator. When you exit through the glass door, you will find a black door on your left - here you use your key for access. Please remember to sort your waste according to the indicated notes.
Service cupboard:
On the 3rd and 4th floors, you will find a service cupboard on the right-hand side. Here you can find items if something is missing in the apartment.
Ironing board & Iron:
Located on the 4th floor, please return it after use, thank you.
Hairdryer:
Located on the 3rd floor in the black cupboard 'service locker'. The hairdryer should be returned to the cupboard after use.
Laundry room:
There is access to the laundry room on the 2nd floor. Download the Airwallet app on your smartphone from the App Store, Google Play, or App Gallery. There is a guide hanging in the laundry room.
