St. Binderup Kro is an authentic inn located in Aars, Denmark. The inn has a long history dating back to 1617, and it has its own unique atmosphere. On the lunch menu, you can find, among other things, two types of herring with curry salad and rye bread, a Croque Monsieur sandwich with smoked ham, melted brie, tomato, and parsley pesto, as well as different open-faced rye bread sandwiches with various toppings. There is also a hamburger steak with fried onions, fried egg, and rye bread, as well as a Parisian steak with chopped onions, beets, capers, horseradish, raw egg yolk, and mixed salad.

For dinner, guests can choose from various meat dishes, including a grilled hamburger steak with Béarnaise sauce, served with the day's garnish and fries, a grilled steak with baked potato, herb butter, and the day's salad, as well as a pepper steak with pepper sauce, served with garnish and the day's potato. There is also a beef fillet with fried onions, butter sauce, pickled cucumbers, and boiled potatoes.

For dessert, guests can enjoy vanilla ice cream with blackcurrants, macarons and Creme de Cassis, a banana split with three types of ice cream and chocolate sauce, pancakes with ice cream and fruit coulis, an old-fashioned apple pie with whipped cream, or a cheese platter with three types of cheese.
