History
The history of the local area goes all the way back to 1617, when St. Binderup Kro was established. The inn is today one of Denmark's most authentic inns and has its own atmosphere. The location makes it a natural starting point for excursions to various attractions such as Rold Forest, Limfjorden, Kattegat and the beautiful beaches on the west coast of Jutland.
In 1749, the inn was granted royal privilege by King Frederik V. In 1871, the inn was set up in the current buildings, which also included a bakery and a grocery store. The inn has undergone extensive renovations and adaptations, but still retains its historic charm.
Guests will have the opportunity to stay in cozy rooms and enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. St. Binderup Kro also offers various stay packages, including short stays, mini-holidays and gourmet stays. It is also possible to arrange festive events at the inn, and a varied menu is offered with both breakfast/brunch and excursion menus.
The inn is located at Møllegårdsvej 7 in Aars and can be contacted by phone on (+45) 98 65 83 33 or e-mail at binderupkro@mail.dk. It is also possible to take a virtual tour of the inn. St. Binderup Kro uses cookies for statistics and settings on their website.
